Order Processing
All orders are cut and prepared in-house. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order ships. (Custom orders may require additional time.)

Shipping Methods
We ship orders using USPS and LetterTrack, depending on the order total.

Orders Under $20
Orders under $20 are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail with LetterTrack tracking.

LetterTrack tracking numbers begin with 0.
LetterTrack tracking is available only through the LetterTrack website.
LetterTrack tracking numbers will not work on USPS.com.
Tracking updates may be limited because LetterTrack uses barcode scanning methods that do not provide the same level of tracking as standard USPS packages.

Orders Over $20
Orders over $20 are shipped via USPS Parcel Select.

Parcel Select tracking numbers begin with 9.
These tracking numbers can be tracked directly through USPS.com.
Parcel Select provides more detailed tracking updates than LetterTrack.
A Note About Tracking
If your order was shipped using LetterTrack, please don't be concerned if the tracking information appears limited or does not update frequently. This is normal for LetterTrack shipments and does not necessarily mean your order is delayed or lost. For LetterTrack shipments, please use the tracking information provided with your order and check it through the LetterTrack tracking system rather than USPS.com. We appreciate your patience and support of our small business!
